Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking an IT Consultant – QM & ESH Applications in a hybrid setup in the Philippines to lead strategic IT initiatives. You will drive quality management and ESH-related applications through project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement for critical business systems.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT experience with full-cycle project management, ITIL/ITSM, and strong collaboration with global teams; SAP QM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Informatics or related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle IT project management experience.
• Solid ITSM principles and tools knowledge.
• Proven cross-functional and international collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT implementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Manage projects through full lifecycle: planning, execution, deployment, post‑go live support.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget; manage risks and dependencies.
• Oversee operation, performance, availability, and compliance of QM & ESH applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for support and enhancements.
• Drive continuous service improvements and governance for IT landscape.
