Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced IT Applications & Project Manager (Quality Systems) to lead delivery, governance and operational management of enterprise Quality applications. You will drive end-to-end IT projects, ensuring performance, compliance and partnerships with stakeholders for continuous improvement and digital transformation.

The role requires strong project management expertise, Quality Systems knowledge, and experience with enterprise applications in global environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end IT projects.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on QM (Quality Management) processes and systems.
• ITIL/ITSM principles and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT implementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Oversee performance, availability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management apps.
• Ensure IT governance, security standards, and policy compliance.
• Manage lifecycle activities including enhancements, upgrades, support, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business users, Quality teams, and IT stakeholders to define requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers for project delivery.
• Drive continual service improvements via ITSM best practices.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Support change, user adoption, training, and stakeholder communications.
