Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and business initiatives in a permanent role with an MNC. You will define scope, allocate tasks, manage budgets, and report progress to stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of PM experience, a PMP or similar certification, and hands-on SAP ERP implementation and support exposure, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT or business-related discipline.
• 5-10 years of project management experience. Preferably with SAP ERP implementation and support experience
• Current PMP Certification or similar.
• Proficient use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ADO.
• Strong facilitation, and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Highly proficient in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing project conditions
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Allocate tasks and coordinate team members.
• Estimate costs and ensure the project stays within budget.
• Identify issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates and reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Complete project documentation and evaluations.
