Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, training or sales capacity.
• Experience delivering training within your peer group.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Technical skills in MS Office.
• Experience prioritizing concurrent projects and demonstrating project management skills.
• Experience demonstrating multiple strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audience.
• Willingness to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide employees with skills-based, client coaching to support achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with team members to develop a training program to enhance client sales knowledge across sales motions.
• Analyze data, performance, and customer trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for territories.
• Oversee and validate the delivery and quality of provided training.
• Track the effectiveness of training interventions through assessment tools.
• Work with team to improve sales systems to achieve a positive customer experience.
• Maintain communication with the team to foster and develop client relationships.
• Maintain knowledge about clients and evolving business environment for training content delivery.
• Help create a culture of learning where individuals manage their own development and performance.
