Overview

FPS Innovation Labs is a globally‑present performance‑based solutions organization dedicated to culture, employee growth, and breakthrough client results. As a Sales Trainer, you will develop and deliver training programs that enhance sales effectiveness and customer service skills across our multi‑location workforce.

Responsibilities

• Handle FST, PST, including nesting classes.
• Conduct coaching sessions with agents to evaluate skills and behavior gaps.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, and Operations to schedule and manage new hire classes.
• Submit post‑class reports and endorse agents for progression.
• Record observations for each trainee to provide recommendations and endorsements.
• Deliver all types of training related to customer service, sales, and process knowledge.
• Partner with clients to conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA), design, and develop learning content.
• Evaluate training results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide operational support by resolving learning gaps impacting performance.
• Manage end‑to‑end project cycles, from conceptualization to implementation and revision.

Qualifications
