Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Manila seeks a Sales Support Associate I to provide pre-sales and after-sales support to APAC customers and sales managers. You will bridge sales, supply chain and operations, manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve escalations to drive efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and a minimum of 2 years in sales support or order management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in sales support, account/order management, or supply chain.
• Experience with consumer goods and international clients preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Salesforce) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Set up and maintain customer accounts in CRM/ERP, ensure accurate data.
• Order Management: Process orders from PO to shipment, verify accuracy.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain item setups and track sales metrics.
• Performance & Improvement: Support process improvements and ad hoc tasks.
