Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Sales Support Associate I to provide pre-sales and post-sales support to APAC customers and sales managers. You will manage customer accounts, process orders, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and IT to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in sales support or related fields, with strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in sales support, account/order management, or supply chain.
• Experience with international clients and multicultural teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts in CRM/ERP systems (Oracle EBS/Salesforce).
• Manage order processing from PO to delivery and invoicing.
• Prepare basic sales reports and track key metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to align orders with customer requirements.
