Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Manila is seeking a highly organized Sales Support Associate I to provide pre-sales and after-sales support to APAC customers and sales managers, managing accounts, orders, and escalations.

You will bridge sales, supply chain, and operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and contribute to process improvements while working with cross-functional teams and international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, account/order management, or supply chain — preferably in consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts in CRM/ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Salesforce).
• Manage the order processing workflow from PO receipt to shipment and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to align orders with customer requirements.
• Prepare basic business reports and track sales metrics.
• Support on ad hoc tasks and process improvements.
