iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to provide pre-sales and after-sales support for our EMEA customers. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in sales administration and order management, preferably in consumer goods, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing orders from receipt to delivery, and collaborating with Planning, Logistics, and IT to resolve supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in sales, customer service, or order management serving international customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in shared services or BPO is advantageous; international environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up accounts and maintain customer details in Oracle EBS/HTML/OSC.
• Support sales team by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering good customer service.
• Manage order processing workflow from PO receipt to shipment delivery.
• Ensure PO information is complete and accurate.
• Check orders against inventory and forecast.
• Understand vendor requirements and ensure compliance.
