Job summary

ADVANCE.AI is seeking a Sales Order Management Manager to support the Sales organization by handling client orders and ensuring compliance with policies during account openings and modifications.

You will troubleshoot account configurations, coordinate with the commercial team on process updates, and drive data-driven improvements while ensuring accurate billing in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in high performance sales org in sales support/operations
• Experience in credit bureau environments is a plus
• Strong logic and ability to leverage resources to meet goals
• Target oriented with the ability to perform in a fast paced setting
• High self-motivation and teamwork spirit
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent English in writing and speaking
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and administer all client account orders
• Troubleshoot client account configuration and recommend process enhancements
• Coordinate with commercial department on updated processes for orders
• Assist in billing or production discrepancies and ensure accurate system billing
• Analyze customer data and recommend data changes; track implementations
• Manage cross-functional projects and enhancements with teams
