Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Manager of Order Desk to lead the quote-to-order engine for a global social good SaaS business. You will connect Salesforce CPQ, contracts, bookings, and revenue operations, driving sharper processes while growing your career from the Philippines.

You will oversee order workflows, coaching, and quality assurance, ensuring policy compliance in high-volume environments and partnering with Sales and Finance on critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Order Management, Order Desk, CPQ administration, or similar operational roles, including more than 2 years of team management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and document management tools such as PandaDoc, DocuSign, Octiv, or equivalent platforms
• Deep understanding of quote-to-order workflows, contract execution, and SaaS product/SKU structures
• Proven track record of maintaining accuracy and policy compliance in high-volume order environments
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify gaps and build scalable workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting or partnering closely with Sales and Finance teams in a SaaS environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Desk team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all quotes, orders, amendments, and contract changes.
• Oversee end-to-end order workflows, from quote creation and approvals through booking, provisioning, and documentation.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and quality assurance oversight for Order Desk Specialists.
• Maintain order accuracy and compliance with booking, revenue recognition, pricing, and discount policies.
