ADVANCE.AI is hiring a Sales Order Management Manager to support the Sales organization by handling client account orders and ensuring policy compliance. The role requires independence, accuracy, and strong communication to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales operations or support, exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally across departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high performance sales support or operations
• Experience in credit bureau environment is a plus
• Strong logical thinking and resourcefulness
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent English written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and manage all open client account orders
• Troubleshoot client account configurations and suggest enhancements to systems/processes
• Coordinate with commercial team on updated order processes for client orders
• Resolve billing or production discrepancies and ensure accurate system billing
• Analyze customer data and recommend changes, following up on implementation
• Lead and support cross-functional projects and enhancements
