Job summary

Audinate in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Sales & Operations Administrator to process orders, invoice clients, ship goods, and maintain customer records within the order-to-cash cycle. Requires a Diploma/Degree in Administration or Business and 2-5 years in admin/ops, plus proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role.
• Proficient with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite or an equivalent ERP system.
• Strong customer focus with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and functions.
• Good English communication, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce (CPQ) to manage opportunities, quotes and case assignments within KPIs.
• Use NetSuite to process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, shipping docs, and reports.
• Process customer orders with focus on timeliness, accuracy and service quality.
• Ensure accurate billing in line with sales agreements and controls.
• Deliver professional communications for order updates and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve credit management issues.
• Collaborate with Sales to align orders with operations capacity.
