Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating after-sales service or support.
• Familiar with cross-functional collaboration across countries/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Create service work orders (installation, maintenance, service contracts).
• Coordinate engineers and track progress with stakeholders.
• Manage service documentation and data integrity across systems (ServiceMax, SAP, Salesforce).
• Support service agreement administration, renewals, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accurate billable task validation.
