Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Global Rewards Operations, spanning AMEA, North America, Latin America, and Europe, with a focus on designing scalable operating models and governance.

The role emphasizes driving harmonization, centralization, and maturity in rewards processes, while leading regional transformation programs and ensuring SOX-compliant delivery across a large multinational framework. Based in Pasig City, onsite.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Global Rewards Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Shared Services.
• Experience leading multi-country or global rewards delivery models.
• Strong transformation, process improvement, and change management capabilities.
• Exposure to large, matrixed multinational organizations.
• Experience working across diverse regions and stakeholder groups.
• Strong governance, compliance, and service excellence orientation.
• Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams.

• Design and implement the global Rewards operating model and process framework.

• Build and mature the Rewards Operational Maturity Model.
• Lead compensation and benefits transformation initiatives, including decoupling strategies for selected regions.
• Ensure SOX-compliant delivery and governance.
• Monitor operational KPIs, service levels, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop regional Rewards Operations leaders.
