International SOS is seeking a Senior Rewards Analyst to manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs across international markets (excluding the Americas), with focus on Europe, SEA, India, Korea and Global Functions. You will drive reward analytics, salary benchmarking, annual merit reviews, job architecture and pay transparency initiatives.

Role requires 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or related field, with experience across multiple countries and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Reward/Compensation or Job Evaluation certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market salary benchmarking and pay equity analysis; build cases for promotions, hires and market adjustments.
• Support merit, bonus review, and quarterly accrual reporting with Finance.
• Maintain regional benefits databases; analyze usage and costs; review market-competitive benefits.
• Oversee job evaluations and salary structures; support EU Pay Transparency requirements.
• Maintain reward dashboards; HRIS administration (MyHR/MyPerformance/SuccessFactors); ensure data integrity.
• Partner with SEA Regional Reward Lead on country-specific C&B execution and projects.
