Job summary

Dow India is seeking a Sample Specialist to act as the interface between customers and the value chain. You will enter customer orders end-to-end, maintain knowledge of products and services, and collaborate with Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to meet objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in order receipt, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Order Receipt and Handling.
• Operating Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
• System experience in SAP will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve service challenges, identify root causes, and coach team members to improve operational performance.
• Support the Team Leader with escalation management, reporting, workload analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to controls, and supporting internal audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancement opportunities and collaborating with improvement teams.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering efficient and cost-effective solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational escalations, provide Level 1 system/tool support, participate in Super User forums, and serve as a team coach for operational excellence.
