Job summary

Dow Chemical International Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai (IND) is looking for a skilled Order Receipt specialist to interface with internal stakeholders and ensure efficient sample management. You will oversee replenishment, entry accuracy, and compliance across processes, enabling smooth operations and service excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in order handling, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and the ability to adapt to international time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any stream.
• 3+ years in Order Receipt and Handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sample inventory replenishment based on demand trends and ensure timely sample availability and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external sample providers to support seamless operations.
• Identify process inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute sample order entry activities accurately while ensuring compliance with policies and controls.
• Act as a focal point for key systems, tools, metrics, and business processes, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions.
• Train new team members, conduct refresher training, and maintain product and business knowledge.

About you on this role

Your job will need you to act as an interface between internal stakeholders within the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will manage the operational needs and collaborate closely with functional partners (Marketing & Sales, Supply chain, Customer Service etc.) to meet companyobjectives. You will use conceptual knowledge and experience to complete a range of assignments and tasks, with need of limited guidance and direction. You will work as a part of a team at Dow helping us combineexpertiseand technologies to create an invigorating customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Order Receipt and Handling
• Operating Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
• System experience in SAP will be preferred.
