Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. seeks a capable Customer Service and Order Management specialist to support global clients from Manila. You will handle Salesforce-driven queues, enter orders in SAP, and ensure on-time fulfillment while resolving pricing and shipping issues.

Collaboration with pricing, supply chain, and master data teams is essential, with opportunities to lead process improvements and serve as a back-up for specialized accounts in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Experience in Order Management or Supply Chain Management.
• Small group project or process improvement initiative.
• Minimum 2 years in a BPO/shared services environment across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage queues and cases from Salesforce.com.
• Answer customer inquiries completely and accurately.
• Enter orders manually into SAP.
• Ensure orders flow into the system as intended.
• Resolve order conflicts and monitor orders through shipment.
• Coordinate with pricing, supply chain, and master data as needed.
• Act as universal back-up for specialized accounts/tasks.
• Identify process improvements and lead targeted initiatives.
