Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking an Expansion Renewal Associate to maximise renewed revenue across the Digital segment. Based in Manila, you’ll support Account Executives, automate renewal workflows, and help surface expansion opportunities for regional GTM teams.

You’ll work in a high-volume SaaS environment, using Salesforce and Gainsight to diagnose issues, prepare pre-call briefs, and ensure a smooth renewal process while maintaining accurate forecasts and documentation.

Qualifications

• Delivers renewals, sales support or account operations at high volume with accuracy.
• Documents current work processes with clear improvements for a systems team.
• Works confidently in Salesforce, Gainsight or equivalent CRM tooling and reads signals to inform actions.
• Strong command of written and spoken English for customer-facing and internal work.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal cycle for an assigned Digital book — quotes, changes, approvals and documents.
• Act as the single renewal support point for Expansion Account Executives and prepare pre-call briefs.
• Prevent and resolve failed renewals, billing breakdowns and blockers; route churn correctly.
• Maintain forecasting renewal data across tools with accuracy and timeliness.
• Restore selling capacity by diagnosing and automating inefficient processes.
• Surface expansion indicators and drive growth opportunities at renewal.
