HireLago.com is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter for U.S. skilled trades and home services. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and requires CST-hours availability. You will manage multiple client accounts, source and screen candidates, and drive offers to completion.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong English, and experience with US clients. Expect hourly pay and a path toward remote, long-term stability.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients with direct client-facing comms.
• Ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and hiring recommendations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid NBI clearance.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
• Stable internet with backup power plan.
• Based in the Philippines.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle recruiting across multiple client accounts from sourcing to offer.
• Screen candidates via phone and video interviews.
• Maintain organized pipelines and monitor progress.
• Serve as partner to U.S.-based clients and discuss hiring challenges.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and recommend hires.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Raise risks and communicate solutions proactively.
• Balance multiple openings while maintaining momentum.
• Pursue continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
