Job summary

CAG-S & Co is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support our US-based client, handling full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across multiple US locations. You’ll partner with HR and hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate offers and onboarding.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of US-focused recruiting experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup while aligning with US business hours.

Qualifications

• At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting US-based positions.
• Experience managing multiple openings and competing hiring priorities.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and building pipelines.
• Strong interviewing skills and candidate recommendations.
• Clear, professional English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience using ATS, online job boards, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools.
• Availability to work hours aligned with the client’s US operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan recruitment strategies and sourcing for hourly and salaried roles.
• Create job postings and manage openings across ATS and channels.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build pipelines for recurring needs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct phone and virtual screens to assess fit and role alignment.
• Confirm compensation expectations and scheduling preferences early.
• Present qualified candidates with summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback to support timely decisions.
