Job summary

Kings Group in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Global Recruiter on a full-time basis. You will source, screen and place candidates across our global client base, build a strong talent pipeline and manage candidate relationships from first contact to onboarding.

You'll work with diverse industries and time zones, leveraging ATS and MS Office to deliver high-quality placements. The role emphasises independent work within a collaborative team and a results-driven culture.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a Global Recruiter to join Kings Group on a full-time basis, based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this strategic position, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment operations, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates across our global client base. As a Global Recruiter, you will be instrumental in building our talent pipeline, managing candidate relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes that align with our clients' business objectives. This role is essential to our growth strategy and offers the opportunity to work with diverse industries and markets on an international scale.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and direct outreach
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability against job requirements and client expectations
• Build and maintain an extensive candidate database, tracking applications and managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements and organisational culture to ensure accurate candidate matching
• Present candidate profiles and interview feedback to clients, highlighting relevant skills, experience and cultural fit
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process from acceptance through to onboarding
• Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to support client decision-making
• Meet recruitment targets and maintain high-quality placements whilst managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and clients to support long-term business partnerships

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a recruitment-related role, ideally within a recruitment agency environment
• Strong knowledge of global recruitment practices and experience sourcing candidates across multiple markets and time zones
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent recruitment projects with competing deadlines
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail in candidate screening and documentation
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
• Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
