You will lead sourcing, headhunting, and end-to-end recruitment while partnering with hiring managers to align on priorities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of recruitment experience, excellent English communication, and leadership capabilities.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage multiple hiring requirements across global clients and internal operations.

Strong client-facing, leadership, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills are essential, while headhunting experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client and internal roles

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of solid recruitment experience
• Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and high-volume hiring
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Strong leadership, mentoring, or team support capability
• Excellent English communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, tech savvy and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and recruitment tools; headhunting experience is an advantage
• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
