Job summary

Kings Group in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Global Recruiter on a full-time basis. You will source, screen and place candidates across our global client base, build a strong talent pipeline and manage candidate relationships from first contact to onboarding.

You'll work with diverse industries and time zones, leveraging ATS and MS Office to deliver high-quality placements. The role emphasises independent work within a collaborative team and a results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a recruitment-related role.
• Experience sourcing candidates across multiple markets and time zones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain an extensive candidate database and manage relationships throughout the process.
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and culture for accurate matching.
• Present candidate profiles and feedback to clients, highlighting skills and fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process from acceptance to onboarding.
• Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations for client decisions.
• Meet recruitment targets while handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Utilise ATS and recruitment software to streamline processes and records.
• Develop professional relationships with candidates and clients for long-term partnerships.
