Alter Domus in the Philippines seeks a motivated project leader to orchestrate and drive Change, Transformation, and Transition initiatives across global delivery locations. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Business Leads, Tech Leads, and stakeholders, manage timelines, resources, and governance to deliver outcomes.

The role demands strong communication, risk management, and governance in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• External project management certification such as Agile/Scrum, Prince2, Six Sigma, CAPM/PMI or other project management certification.
• Certification or training in adaptive/agile methodologies highly valued.
• Overall, 8-12 years’ experience in Financial Services/BPOs/ITES Organizations or similar complex, matrix environments.
• Minimum 5 plus years of experience in managing projects independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Significant experience in global delivery/BPO industry preferably with multi-national/financial service businesses

Responsabilités

• Facilitate and coordinate execution of assigned projects across Business and Tech workstreams, ensuring integration and alignment
• Manage all aspects of project coordination independently from evaluation, planning through to operational steady state and go-live
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple workstreams
• Ensure all project deliverables and activities are carried out within the defined scope, schedule, and budget
• Continuously discover and map emerging stakeholders, dependencies, and requirements as projects evolve
• Bring clarity where expectations and ownership are ambiguous, working with Business and Tech Leads to define accountability
• Maintain living stakeholder maps and proactively identify stakeholders that emerge during execution
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across global delivery locations, cross-functional teams, and leadership
• Navigate high-ambiguity environments with minimal initial direction, discovering needs as you progress
• Partner with Business Leads and Tech Leads to enable their success
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Recruitment, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Control, Facilities across multiple global locations to ensure readiness
• Facilitate decision-making by surfacing business decisions to Business Leads, technical decisions to Tech Leads, while making execution decisions independently
• Ensure alignment on scope and success criteria across all stakeholder groups
• Support Business and Tech Leads in validating that deliverables meet business needs and technical standards
• Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project lifecycle
• Maintain risk and dependency logs, categorizing by type and impact
• Drive escalation of blockers through appropriate governance and escalation tiers
• Co-create solutions to address issues and risks with Business Leads, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams
• Flag red flags early during planning phase and assist stakeholders to align with objectives
• Identify cross-project dependencies and coordinate with Head of Projects for resolution
• Monitor, evaluate and report progress against success criteria and project milestones
• Provide regular updates and status reports to Head of Projects, Executive Sponsors, Business/Tech Leads and key collaborators
• Maintain decision logs capturing what was decided and why
• Ensure governance processes are followed while maintaining agility
• Support scope discovery and prioritize emerging scope
• Highlight scope overlaps, gaps, or conflicts and facilitate resolution
• Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and manage resistance effectively
• Demonstrate adaptability to change project direction quickly
• Oversee Knowledge Transfer and Capture processes from global locations to delivery centers
• Coordinate go-live readiness validation
• Facilitate 'Go/No-Go' decisions and post-project reviews
• Support generating performance metrics of projects
