Overview

ING Hubs Philippines is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to work with the Transformation Center of Expertise and business/support teams, to drive and oversee day‑to‑day execution of organizational strategic projects.

Change Execution Professional

Orchestrates the delivery of complex change initiatives (across Functions, Tribes, Borders and/or Business Lines) to deliver transformational change for the business.

If You Can

• Lead and manage bank portfolio projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including compliance, risk management, IT, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.
• Provide regular project updates to senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, issues, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

If You Are

• Someone who has at least 10 years of experience in project management or a related field, with at least 4 years’ experience in leading transformation/strategic projects – specifically extensive Project Management experience.
• Experienced in successfully managing large‑scale projects within a banking environment.
• Someone who has banking regulatory experience.
• Someone who possesses excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Someone who has strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
