Job summary

Alter Domus in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to drive deployment, adoption, and governance of business transformation initiatives. You will report to the Business Transformation Team leader and work across stakeholders.

Your role includes readiness, training, workshops, and building strong relationships with business teams; you will manage Jira boards, prepare status reports, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in change management, PMO, business analysis, or project coordination.
• Experience with large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business readiness and user adoption across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technology teams.
• Develop and execute change management plans including communication and training.
• Facilitate workshops, business reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align business objectives with outcomes.
• Manage Jira boards and track project activities, priorities, and progress.
• Prepare status reports, executive presentations, minutes, and governance materials.
• Support Business Analysts with requirements, workshops, and coordination.
• Monitor adoption, risks, issues and dependencies; escalate and mitigate as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery and adoption.
