eTeam is seeking a Project Billing Analyst in the Philippines to support consultants across North America, EMEA and APAC by generating client bills and ensuring revenue is recognized per policy. You will enter events into Project Accounting, process invoice adjustments, and dispatch bills while addressing billing inquiries from consultants and clients.

2+ years billing/AR experience with Oracle-based systems is preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of billing experience.
• Experience with Oracle (or other ERP) Project Accounting and AR.
• Experience in shared services or internal service delivery.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end billing support for consultants.
• Enter events into Project Accounting from system sources (e.g., Oracle OTL, AP).
• Process invoice and revenue adjustments (write-ups/downs, gains/losses) from WIP edits.
• Ensure revenue is recognized in the correct periods and projects.
• Analyse amounts to be invoiced and carry-forward balances.
• Generate, get approvals, attach docs, and dispatch drafts/final bills timely.
• Respond to billing inquiries from consultants and clients; route issues as needed.
• Escalate non-routine issues to Supervisor and drive process improvements.
