Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP project accounting and AR.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract to cash support to consultants.
• Set up project codes and invoice clients efficiently.
• Gather and validate information for billing and meet monthly deadlines.
• Prepare supporting documentation and send final bills to clients.
• Respond to billing inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from the client team.
• Plan and organize work to realize SLA objectives.
• Innovate billing processes and test new system functionality.
