Job summary

ibex in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst to manage the AP inbox, process vendor bills, and support month-end close. You'll resolve billing issues, maintain vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to service merchant partners.

The role requires US GAAP knowledge, accuracy with high volumes of invoices, and strong Excel skills. Prior experience with NetSuite, Brex, or Bill.com is a plus for efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• Accounting background with US GAAP and AP/AR fundamentals.
• Experience processing high volumes of bills with accuracy.
• Ability to resolve complex billing matters independently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel and AP/AR systems.
• Experience with NetSuite, Brex, or Bill.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AP inbox: triage invoices and vendor inquiries.
• Process high volumes of vendor bills on time with approvals.
• Resolve complex billing matters with ownership and initiative.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve billing/payments issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to service merchant partners.
• Prepare and issue merchant invoices per each billing requirement.
• Keep AR and AP trackers current; support month-end close.
