GEA Germany GmbH in the Philippines is seeking a Billing Specialist to support daily invoicing for spare parts and service projects. You will handle inquiries, generate invoices in SAP or MS Axapta, and ensure accurate customer data in ERP.

You will collaborate with CSRs, Collections, Sales, and regional teams to resolve billing issues and accelerate payments. Candidates should have 2–3 years in billing, an accounting or business background, and comfort with SAP, Axapta, CRM, and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Preferably an accounting or business degree or commensurate experience in inside sales billing support.
• 2–3 years in a billing role (preferably business to business) supporting inside sales to demanding industrial customers.
• Able to provide business support to a multi-location team efficiently and accurately.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily billing processes for spare parts and service projects.
• Respond to customer inquiries on billing via email, phone, or portals.
• Create, audit, and transmit invoices using SAP or MS Axapta.
• Manage customer and company information for online portals and ERP accounts.
• Coordinate with CSRs to correct billing errors to ensure prompt payment.
• Communicate billing needs to customers.
• Collaborate with Collections, Sales, and regional teams.
• Balance open tasks with other priorities.
• Perform other AR tasks as directed by department manager.
