Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an Operations Process Analyst to collaborate with global teams in defining, testing, and refining processes and supporting systems. The role focuses on reducing cycle time, boosting efficiency, and ensuring accuracy across hardware and service operations.

You will map business workflows, drive process redesign, and implement metrics to measure success while aligning with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• College/university degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, or IT.
• Experience in project management; certification is a plus.
• Experience leading multi-disciplined, worldwide teams.
• Experience in developing and documenting processes.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business process mapping and documenting workflows.
• Conduct process re-engineering and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for process performance.
• Lead change management and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to align processes with strategy.
