Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation seeks an Accounting Analyst to support financial accounting, reporting, and analysis across multiple business areas within our Record to Report (R2R) organization. This role offers exposure to standardized global processes and ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include delivering timely month-end close, preparing journals and reconciliations, and ensuring SOX compliance while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant financial accounting experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and internal controls (SOX) compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial accounts, schedules, journals, and account reconciliations (Blackline).
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit requests.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and support business reviews with relevant insights.
• Resolve system and process queries, supporting global teams as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Participate in remote knowledge transfer and support standardization across countries.
