Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Sales Operations Support Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned team, ensuring efficient processes and KPI achievement across sales functions.

Reporting to the L2 Manager/Site Process Lead, you will develop a strategy for the team, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and timely reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or University Degree (equivalent).
• Leadership/management experience in Sales, Operations, or BPO preferred.
• Experience working with multi-level teams and in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drives day-to-day operations to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Oversees multi-functional sales support for enterprise/channel teams.
• Provides reporting to stakeholders and senior management in a timely manner.
• Manages staff hiring, training, and onboarding of new resources.
