Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Support Manager to lead a global AP team in a shared services environment. The role focuses on accurate AP processing, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement across processes and systems.

You will coach and develop staff, manage escalations, ensure SLA adherence, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high service quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Accounts Payable experience is required.
• Managerial or supervisory experience in a BPO/Shared Services/Global Business Services environment preferred.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume operations and meeting SLAs.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems proficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop AP team to achieve goals.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for AP support operations.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and KPIs.
• Ensure deliverables meet established SLAs and accuracy.
• Manage escalations and drive root-cause actions.
• Ensure adherence to AP processes and controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence.
• Monitor recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve concerns and maintain service quality.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
• Provide regular feedback and guidance to staff.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.
