Job summary

Xerox is seeking a P2P Process Analyst for Bank Operations, Treasury and TEA in Cebu City. You will design and refine Procure To Pay and finance processes, lead cross‑functional sessions, and drive operational excellence across global teams.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, supporting training delivery, and monitoring adoption and compliance for continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills and ERP experience (SAP/Concur) are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting, industrial engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Operational data analysis experience and ERP solutions preferred.
• Project management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and improve Procure To Pay and Finance processes.
• Review and improve process performance for initiatives.
• Document and update key processes and flow maps.
• Assist in creating training content and deliver global training as needed.
• Monitor methodologies for adoption and compliance.
• Lead value-added projects and address root causes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Conduct sessions with cross-functional teams to define as-is and to-be states.
