Job summary

Xerox is seeking an Executive Manager to lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations in a dynamic corporate setting. You will drive accurate order processing, billing, and cash applications while optimizing working capital and DSO through strategic collections and process improvements.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations, mentor a high‑performing team, and ensure compliance with controls and policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Order Management, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or related functions.
• At least 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes including order management, collections, AR, billing, and cash application.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations including order management, invoicing, collections, AR, and cash application.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of customer orders and invoices while meeting service levels.
• Develop and execute collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Coach and develop team members through performance management and training.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex customer, billing, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Analyze KPIs to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
