Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Process Documentation Specialist to support Discern, Design, and Build phases of transformation. You will document current-state processes, translate requirements into structured workflows, and create standardized SOPs and training materials to enable migration to GCC operations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 4 years of process analysis experience, and familiarity with BPMN/Visio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Communications, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt (preferred).
• BPM or process mapping certification (preferred).
• Instructional Design or Training Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maps and documents current-state processes and workflows.
• Captures requirements, inputs, outputs, and operational considerations with stakeholders.
• Identifies inefficiencies, risks, and standardization opportunities.
• Supports future-state design and service delivery considerations.
• Applies global taxonomy and enterprise standards across outputs.
• Develops SOPs, process documentation, and job aids.
• Creates training materials to support GCC onboarding and knowledge transfer.
• Documents controls, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Maintains document repositories and version control.
• Collaborates with Design, Build, and Transition teams to ensure readiness.
