Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking an Offshore Client-Facing POS & Payment Support Executive responsible for providing technical and operational support to international clients.

You will troubleshoot payment issues, assist with onboarding, and coordinate with internal teams and partners while communicating in English. This role offers hybrid work arrangements in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary offshore client-facing contact for technical, POS and payment-related inquiries
Handle client requests through phone, email and chat, providing clear and professional communication in English
Troubleshoot basic issues involving POS systems, payment processing, payment methods, payment gateways and related integrations
Support merchants with system setup, configuration, onboarding and predefined integrations
Assist clients with e-commerce and payment platform setup, configuration and troubleshooting
Process and accurately document payment-related transactions, including refunds, reversals, rebills, captures and chargebacks
Support merchant onboarding, including account setup and configuration
Investigate transaction and system issues and coordinate resolution with internal technical teams, PSPs, vendors and other external partners
Accurately document cases, transactions and resolutions in ticketing and internal systems
Build and maintain strong working relationships with international clients while delivering a high standard of service
