Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Manager, People Solutions to lead end-to-end process transformation across multiple geographies. You will guide project planning, define success criteria, and ensure effective stakeholder communication while enabling HR/People initiatives and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on developing talent, removing roadblocks, and aligning people strategies with business priorities, delivering scalable, user-centric solutions that drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience leading a team in process re-engineering of end-to-end business processes
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams with a strong focus on People Development
• Strong skills in process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping
• Proficient with process documentation tools (MS Visio, Lucidchart) and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Experience communicating across business and tech; translate business needs into technical requirements
• Knowledge of HR/HRIS core processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding, performance) and PM practices
• Familiar with KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement metrics; comfortable using data for decisions
• Lean Six Sigma principles; Agile, adaptable in a matrixed environment
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; experience in policy writing or knowledge management
• Exposure to tools like Workday, Jira, ServiceNow or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives across geographies and functions
• Develop and guide project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
• Establish a cross-functional process management framework and risk mitigation
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for tool configuration
• Oversee UAT and deployment, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption
• Drive change management strategies and post-deployment support
• Create policies, SOPs, and documentation to institutionalize new ways of working
• Provide coaching to team members to improve skills and performance
• Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders with clarity
