Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Senior Director of Workforce to lead a global, multi-site workforce. You will establish service levels, forecast demand, and drive performance across regions, ensuring capacity aligns with client needs and business goals.

You will partner with Operations, Capacity Planning, Forecasting and Finance to optimize staffing, deploy data-driven improvements, and build scalable processes. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and deep experience in workforce management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role related to Workforce Management.
• Experience leading global, multi-site teams.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead service level governance and capacity planning across regions.
• Forecast workload and drive staffing across sites to meet demand.
• Collaborate with Operations, Capacity Planning, Forecasting and Finance to optimize staffing and costs.
• Develop and implement scalable processes for workforce management.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the workforce organization.
• Oversee disaster recovery and performance reporting.
