Job summary

TaskUs, a global leader in outsourced digital services, is seeking a HR Supervisor to oversee Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, and related activities within the People Operations Department. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure compliance, and drive people-centered programs that support a dynamic workforce.

Responsibilities include managing hearings, background checks, compensation and benefits administration, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience (BPO experience preferred at generalist or supervisory level).
• Experience in leading employee engagement initiatives and labor relations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles admin hearings and background checks.
• Administers HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave; handles disciplinary matters.
• Ensures compliance with local employment laws and reviews policies.
• Responds to inquiries from applicants and employees; supports investigations.
• Maintains knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
