Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives across regions. The role partners with HR leaders, HR Operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver projects that improve efficiency, governance, and scalability across HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR transformation, process improvement, and HR technology implementations, with proven program management across multiple countries and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing large-scale HR projects and transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong experience in HR process improvement, operating model transformation, Shared Services, HR service delivery, HRIS implementations, and Digital HR initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional global project teams.
• Strong project management knowledge (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and multi-regional HR transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, governance forums, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Digital HR, Shared Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and external implementation partners.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
• Assess and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, employee experience, compliance, and scalability.
• Identify automation opportunities and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Facilitate process mapping, future-state design workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and business cases for transformation initiatives.
• Lead HRIS and HR technology implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects.
• Act as the business project lead between HR stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support requirements gathering, process design, testing, change management, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure technology solutions align with HR operating model objectives and business requirements.
• Support HR Shared Services and service delivery model initiatives.
• Lead projects involving centralization, standardization, workflow optimization, and operating model transformation.
• Drive improvements in case management, ticketing, escalation management, and service performance.
