Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience leading HR transformations in complex/large organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Change management certification is a plus.
• Experience implementing HR projects in the BPO industry is required.

As a Senior Manager, People Solutions, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving enterprise-level HR transformation initiatives that align with organizational strategy. This role demands a strategic and forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in HR processes, systems, and change management. You will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR transformation roadmap, leveraging innovative technologies and data-driven insights to optimize workflows, improve service delivery, and elevate the employee experience. By guiding the integration of cutting-edge solutions and leading cultural change initiatives, you will ensure seamless adoption of new practices across the organization. In close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, you will shape scalable, standardized, and future-ready HR operations that support long-term business success

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.

• Identify key areas for improvement and innovation within HR processes, policies, and technologies.

Change Management:

• Lead change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation and ensure successful adoption of new HR practices.

• Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.

Technology Integration:

• Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge HR technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and platforms.

Process Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Design and implement streamlined, standardized, and scalable HR processes.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

• Implement data analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into HR metrics and enable data-driven decision-making.

• Use data to identify trends, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to understand their HR needs and align HR services with organizational goals.

• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading successful HR transformations in complex organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Change management certification is a plus.

• Experience in implementing HR projects in the BPO industry is required
