Job summary

HRTX is seeking a People Data Reporting Analyst to join our Global People team in a hybrid Philippines-based role. You will be the go-to person for data access, ad-hoc reporting, and governance across internal and external sharing.

You will support compensation and benefits cycles, gender pay gap reporting, and Workday data governance, building dashboards in Power BI and delivering accurate insights to stakeholders timely.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling People Team reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Attention to detail with accurate reporting and insights.
• Ability to present data clearly to convey a message.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using MS Power BI and data governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Collate, validate, and analyze key people data to provide insights.
• Build models to analyze large data sets and costings for organizational change.
• Create dashboards to support talent initiatives and effectiveness reviews.
• Work with Finance for budgeting, headcount, and reconciliations.
• Housekeeping and auditing of Workday data.
• Ensure Workday datasets and Power BI dashboards are accurate.
• Provide data to support annual compensation activities and benefits cycles.
