You will administer HRIS, act as daily user support, manage our In-house HCM tool and Ticketing system, collaborate with HR and IT teams, and continuously learn Workday and related platforms to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in HR software and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HRIS.
• Act as primary contact for daily technical and operational user support.
• Manage service and support requests relating to our In-house HCM tool, Ticketing System (Manage Engine).
• Effectively resolve incidents or issues through rapid problem solving and clear communication.
• Build partnerships with HR Support and Functional Teams and other departments.
• Adapt and learn new tools and features from Workday and other platforms.
• Provide insights and modifications on business processes in the HCM tool.
• Maintain knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
