Job summary

Grab is seeking a Specialist, HR Operations (People Experience) to manage day-to-day HR operations for the Philippines office and ensure a smooth employee experience. You will handle data-driven process improvements and support local benefits launches, reporting to the Manager, People Experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of in-house HR operations experience.
• Familiarity with Philippines labour regulations and statutory processes (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth, BIR).
• Experience using data to improve HR processes and outcomes.
• Ability to work with AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Philippines Grab office.
• Track data to measure process effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Support regional Benefits team with local program launches.
