Job summary

Remote is seeking a Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager to own collaboration with external Payroll partners within our Global Payroll team. This role reports to the Manager, Global Payroll Vendor Operations and operates within the EMEA region.

You bring experience in regional/global payroll vendor operations, implementing payroll software across countries, and managing third-party vendor relationships. Strong negotiation, data accuracy, and async communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional/global payroll vendor operations.
• Experience in implementing payroll software in multiple countries.
• Experience in managing third party payroll vendor relationships.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Vendor scoping & research for global payroll vendors.
• New country onboarding end-to-end including vendor selection and negotiations.
• Payroll vendor relations & performance evaluation to ensure KPIs and client satisfaction.
• Cost tracking & analysis of invoices and contractual terms.
• Collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Legal, Security, and Operations teams to deploy payroll solutions.
