Job summary

Rippling seeks a Global Payroll Operations Specialist to help expand our payroll capabilities worldwide. You will own operational payroll activities across select countries and work with external partners to ensure compliant, timely payroll execution.

You will collaborate with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to align our native payroll software with local regulations while supporting new market expansion and customer segments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a global payroll processing role.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Strong Spain payroll experience.
• Experience running payroll in-house using A3Innuva software is required.
• Bonus if you have experience running payroll in other EMEA countries.
• Process payroll activities in accordance with company guidelines, social security, legislations and local taxes requirements.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely payroll, filings, and payments for all customers across key countries.
• Drive issue resolution and communication with government agencies and partners; interface with customers and resolve issues on their behalf.
• Collaborate with Global Payroll Engineering and Product to ensure natively built payroll software supports key payroll and tax compliance requirements and address product issues.
